Techland provide a very comprehensive installation and commissioning service for all the products and solutions we supply. This service is carried out by fully trained and manufacturer accredited engineers who have over 15 years experience in the deployment of such technologies. We offer remote and onsite installation/commissioning services via our own engineers and do not subcontract any work to third parties unless it falls outside the scope of our ability.

Our remote Installation service is ideally suited for customers who require a cost effective service with quicker turnaround times for deployment. Techland will provide a dedicated engineer who will be available remotely by phone for the duration of the installation and commissioning process. Alternatively, we are also able to offer this service onsite in cases where customers may not have in-house technical resource available or their network infrastructure dictates the presence of an engineer on location.

In both cases, prior to any work commencing Techland will send out a detailed pre-installation questionnaire to ensure that we have collated all the necessary information about the environment and type of services available before commencing the installation.
