Many of the solutions and products we provide are being used on a daily basis in business critical applications, which is why we have developed the Priority Care Maintenance service. Priority Care provides you with peace of mind that in the event of any technical problems, including hardware failure, there is minimum disruption to your daily operations. This means that you can relax in the knowledge that as technology changes or something does go wrong, it will be rectified quickly and efficiently.
Priority Care is available in two packages.
Priority Care Basic
This is an entry level service designed for customers who only wish to have access to our support personnel in the event they have a technical issue. It provides:
- Email and telephone access to our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for Hardware and Software Support
- Where applicable, there may also be an option to request software updates of product operating code for specific product platforms.
Priority Care Advance
Our Advance service offers a much more comprehensive level of cover which includes everything in Basic plus next day advance parts replacement service in the event of hardware failure. It provides:
- Email and telephone access to our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for Hardware and Software Support
- Where applicable, there may also be an option to request software updates of product operating code for specific product platforms.
